Your role at Baxter:

You, in the role of Sr Analyst, Production Planner, develop a feasible production plan from customer demand. You ensure business commitments are fulfilled by balancing demand, production capability, supply availability, and inventory.



They own the operational performance of designated business units. They anticipate risks and lead multi-functional coordination to resolve. They promote continuous improvement in planning through data analysis, standardization, and solutions that improve operational stability and client support.

What you will be doing:

- The Sr. Production Planner is responsible for developing, maintaining, and driving the production plan for the assigned business units, turning customer demand into a feasible plan that considers installed capacity, material availability, inventory levels, and business priorities. Its objective is to ensure a balance between the level of customer service, operational stability and the efficient use of resources.
