Diebold Nixdorf is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to join our Global Compensation team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a highly collaborative international environment, supporting compensation initiatives across the Americas while partnering with HR and business leaders worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs across the Americas.
- Participate in salary planning processes, including merit increases, bonus reviews, and market adjustments.
- Conduct compensation analyses, market benchmarking, and salary structure reviews.
- Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to provide compensation guidance and recommendations.
- Participate in compensation surveys and ensure alignment with market practices.
- Support job evaluations, organizational design initiatives, and internal equity reviews.
- Analyze compensation trends and recommend improvements to compensation programs and processes.

Qualifications: ✔ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance,



Economics, or a related field.

✔ 4-8 years of experience in:

- Compensation
- Total Rewards
- Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Administration

✔ Experience with:
- Salary structures
- Market pricing/benchmarking
- Merit and compensation cycles
- Job evaluation methodologies
- Compensation analytics

✔ Advanced English proficiency. ✔ Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience supporting multinational organizations.
- Exposure to North American and/or LATAM markets.
- Experience with compensation surveys (Mercer, WTW, AON, Radford, etc.).
- Experience with incentive plans, bonus programs, or sales compensation.
