Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Master degree desirable

- Fully Bilingual (English-Spanish)

- Experience in SMT and a similar position in the manufacturing sector, preferably in the automotive and high-volume industries.

- Proactive and maintain good communication skills at all levels.

- Good knowledge and skills in continuous improvement, management, administration, and control of production process KPIs, and managing multidisciplinary teams for the proper functioning of the production area.

- Effectively work on multiple assignments, manage time, and prioritize. high sense of leadership.

Responsibilities

- Manage the goals and objectives of the SMT group.

- Prepare the annual expense budget for the SMT department.

- Business Unit Operations Manager. Develop action plans to meet quality, efficiency, and cost objectives.

- Head of Business Unit Operations.

- Develop an action plan to achieve quality, efficiency, and cost objectives.

- Conduct departmental capacity studies monthly to ensure adequate capacity to meet production requirements..
