**Main Responsibilities**
- Manage portfolio of our supply network partners, responsible for the complete quality of parts
- Early involvement in supply network partner selection process
- Ensure APQP is performed and proceeding in accordance to required project timing and the risks are mitigated




- Verify and lead all APQP deliverables and approve PPAP submissions and tooling
- Secure the capacity & ramp up plan and implement Firewall / Pre-launch controls to ensure smooth SOP launch
- Drive the Quality concerns raised from Volvo plants with quick containment & secure the corrective and permanent / preventive actions
- Lead transformation activities on sustainability and digitalization
- Lead the evaluation and continuous improvement of supply network partners
**Competence and Experience**
- Bachelors / Masters in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering or related fields
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in supplier quality preferably from Automotive background
- Strong technical knowledge and manufacturing know how
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Problem solving and Solution oriented mindset
- Ability to work and deliver results independently
- Strong networking and collaboration skills
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
