Process Governance Partner at BairesDev
We are looking for a Process Governance Partner to support strategic areas of the company in process mapping and improvement. This role is crucial in ensuring continuous improvement, maintaining process documentation, and enhancing cross-team communication when changes impact multiple stakeholders.
What You’ll Do:
- Support strategic areas in process improvement initiatives to optimize performance.
- Maintain and update the SSO (Single Source of Truth) of company processes.
- Assist various teams and departments in documenting and refining business processes.
- Develop innovative solutions for critical process challenges, thinking outside the box.




What We Are Looking For:
- Proven experience in Process Mapping.
- Strong knowledge of Continuous Improvement methodologies.
- Ability to analyze and optimize business processes.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Advanced level of English.
