We are seeking a skilled **Developer specializing in APIs and Integration**.
In this role, you will design and implement integration services using Java. You will work with various technologies to develop efficient adapters and ensure seamless data flow across systems. If you are passionate about creating robust integration solutions, we encourage you to apply.
**Responsibilities**
- Design integration services in Java utilizing REST APIs and Kafka
- Develop adapters and connectors for lab systems including LIS, LIMS, and EMRs
- Implement workflows into resilient and reusable software components
- Ensure data integrity and message reliability across various systems
- Monitor observability of systems and integration processes
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years of experience in Java programming with a focus on Spring Boot
- Background in microservices architecture
- Proficiency in developing and integrating REST APIs
- Understanding of messaging systems such as Apache Kafka
- Familiarity with schema-first development approaches
- Competency in working with SQL and/or NoSQL databases
- English proficiency at a professional working level (B2+)
**Nice to have**
- Familiarity with HL7v2.x and FHIR interoperability standards
- Experience with commercial laboratory information systems
- Knowledge of healthcare regulatory standards
- Exposure to test automation and CI/CD tools
- Experience with Apache JMeter
