**Industrial Manager**
**Job Overview: This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive efficiency, optimize processes, and contribute to the continual improvement of our production systems.**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Process Optimization**:
- **Lead initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes for electric vehicle components and systems.**:
- **Identify opportunities for cost reduction, quality improvement, and efficiency enhancement, and implement best practices.**:
- **Production Engineering**:
- **Design, develop, and oversee the production engineering processes.**:
- **Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and automation solutions.**:
- **Project Management**:
- **Manage and execute projects aimed at advancing manufacturing capabilities and introducing new products.**:
- **Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.**:
- **Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma**:
- **Train and mentor team members in continuous improvement techniques.**:
- **Quality Assurance**:
- **Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure high standards of quality in all production outputs.**:
- **Analyze and address production issues, implementing corrective actions when necessary.**:
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**:
- **Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.**:
- **Prepare and present detailed reports for senior management and stakeholders.**:
- **Safety and Compliance**:
- **Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with industry standards and regulations, with a strong emphasis on health and safety.**:
- **Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the production environment.**
**Qualifications**:
- **Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or an MBA is a plus.**:
- **A minimum of 8 years of experience in an industrial engineering role within the automotive industry, with a focus on electric vehicles preferred.**:
- **Proven expertise in lean manufacturing and Six Sigma, with relevant certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt) being advantageous.**:
- **Strong project management skills, with experience leading complex technical projects.**:
- **Proficient in using engineering software and tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and manufacturing execution systems (MES).**:
- **Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.**:
- **Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.**
