**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a **Legal Consultant based in Mexico** to assist with **company registration** and corporate legal advisory for a short-term contract. Knowledge of the **Mexican General Law of Commercial Companies (LGSM)** is essential.
**Responsibilities**:
- Advise on legal business entity types (S.A. de C.V., S. de R.L., etc.)
- Manage registration processes with the Public Registry of Commerce
- Draft and submit legal documents in Spanish
- Ensure local compliance with all corporate regulations
- Collaborate with VSI’s remote legal team
**Requirements**:
- Licensed attorney or law firm in Mexico
- 3+ years of corporate law experience
- Fluent in Spanish and professional English
- Prior experience with international clients preferred
- Available to begin work immediately
**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $60.00 - $100.00 per hour
Work Location: Remote
