We are looking for an experienced and driven **ERP HCM Lead** specializing in **SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll** to join our remote team. This role is ideal for someone who can bridge business needs with effective system design and delivery within the **SuccessFactors ecosystem**.
You’ll collaborate directly with stakeholders to understand HR and Payroll requirements, guide solution design, and ensure successful implementation and support of our integral HCM systems.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements related to **SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll**:
- Translate functional business needs into comprehensive and scalable **system design specifications**:
- Work closely with development teams to implement and test proposed solutions
- Provide ongoing support, guidance, and best practices to Payroll and HR teams




- Develop and deliver training documentation and sessions for end users
- Ensure high-quality delivery within established timelines
- Support change management, system enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives
- 5+ years of experience in **HCM system implementation and support**, with a focus on **SAP SuccessFactors**:
- Deep understanding of **Payroll**, **Employee Central**, and related business processes
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- A collaborative team player with a proactive mindset and problem-solving attitude
- Detail-oriented with the ability to deliver high-quality documentation and training
