You'll be responsible for the development and maintenance of the LATAM forecast while playing a key role in the building and communication of the demand-driven forecast by partnering with Sales, Marketing and Finance functions.
**Core Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the LATAM forecast using the LEGO demand planning system and tools; including process maintenance and leading a consensus meeting between functional teams (Supply& Inventory Planning, Marketing, Sales and Finance).
- Management on business unit targets (Consumer Sales, Sell-in and Retail Closing Stocks).
- Add value to baseline statistical model forecast through independent analyses and select item-level overrides.
- Responsible for the flow of goods process to maintain the right levels of inventory in the local distribution centers. Supporting effective product life cycle management.
- Develop BU reporting from each cycle to BU Management & Regional Ops team and ad-hoc demand related reports for management.
- Review and assess risk to supply and demand variability and find opportunities to manage and mitigate risk.
- Drive and manage Allocation process for the season.

The LATAM Market Operations team drives the development of the demand plans, customer inventory plans and order management activities to support commercial objectives.
The demand planning and forecasting team own the monthly management of LATAM Sales and Operations cycle to provide a strong understanding of past business performance and the impact to the future forecast.




The role leads the design and capability building across LATAM with a direct influence on targets set including Forecast accuracy, Consumers Sales & In-stocks.
**Do you have what it takes!**
- Advanced Customer Demand Planning, Customer Inventory Replenishment or similar experience in consumer goods or related industry Past experience of working within a supply chain environment and/ or commercial environment is preferred.
- Strong analytical & problem solving skills with the ability to identify risk and opportunities and proactively put in place rectifying measures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills ability to simplify, synthesize and convince.
- Experience using digital tools as an enabler for increasing performance, working with Power BI, SAP, advanced Excel & other digital tools.
