Pricing & Yield Management
We're looking for a motivated and driven **Revenue & Pricing Manager** starting as soon as possible who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success. This position will be based in Mexico City.

**Your Tasks - Paint the world green**:
- You will take commercial responsibility: optimize your own portfolio the best possible way to ensure business success for the whole company.
- You will act autonomously: optimize the demand independently with the guidance of your Team Lead.
- You will work analytically: define the best strategy to fill our supply, considering current and historic demand patterns and competitor actions.
- You will work diligently and reliably: customize prices, inventory control, and demand forecasting based on specific demand situations.
- You will act decide how prices are set and get instant feedback through customer bookings and conversion rates.
- You will give innovative input: participate actively in further development of our pricing system and take over projects to optimize processes and create new features in the Revenue Management full domain.
- You will analyze market trends, consumer behavior and competitor pricing to determine optimal pricing strategies for products and services.
- You will demonstrate the ability to adapt quickly and effectively in a fast-paced, rapidly changing market environment.
- You will work closely with other departments such as network planning and business development teams to align revenue management strategies with overall business goals and objectives.
**Your Profile - Ready to hop on board**:
- You own a degree in Economics, Mathematics, Business Informatics or similar
- You have 2+ years of experience in the field of Pricing and Revenue Management, preferably in similar industries




- You have high analytical and conceptional thinking skills as well as a good understanding of numbers
- You have very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Your work attitude is proactive and highly target-orientated
- You show high resilience in all matters of working life
- You show ability to work independently and at the same time you are a team player in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- You are fluent in English, every other language is a plus
