**ABOUT THIS ROLE**
This position will provide a positive and key experience to ensure customer satisfaction. The team member must at all times handle calls or messages with the required level of service, offering polite and professional assistance while delivering exceptional service by answering questions, handling complaints, and resolving issues related to the department’s services.
**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Plan and book the best available travel arrangements for associates, including flights, trains, accommodations, car rentals, etc.
- Provide travel destination advice to associates.
- Follow up with associates regarding travel plans and make adjustments as needed, coordinating with their event itineraries.
- Make alternate arrangements if changes arise before or during travel.
- Review and assign travel-related invoices or account statements to the appropriate department to ensure proper expense recording by Accounts Payable.
- Prepare a daily Excel report summarizing all travel arrangements made.




- Maintain records and documents related to payments in the department’s shared folder.
- Conduct orientation training for new employees.
- Negotiate pricing for hotel contracts.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager..
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as active listening abilities in multiple languages, including but not limited to Spanish and English.
- Preferably 1 to 2 years of experience in travel management and event organization.
- Proven problem-solving experience; sound decision-making; accountability for tasks; professional behavior; action
- and results-oriented; customer-focused; results-driven.
- Key traits for this position include a positive attitude, team player, excellent telephone and written etiquette.
- Ability to multitask, attention to detail, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends as needed.
