**What you will do**:
- Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department.
- Oversee accounting records and month end closing to assure timely completion and accuracy of accounting activities.
- Oversee implementation of monthly and quarterly financial and compliance processes, to ensure that all compliance requirements are adhered to.
- Develop and explain accounting policies, procedures, and control processes to ensure that policies are clear and understood by all.
- Oversee and manage account reconciliation processes.
- Assisting with tax audits and tax returns.
- Supervise functions of treasury, accounts payable, tax, payroll and internal control.
- Supervise internal and external audits, to ensure compliance and timely completion.
**Qualifications you must have**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration or related field.
- + 5 years of experience in related field (Taxes, ISR, VAT, Transfer price, Fixed Assets, Audit)
- Experience with internal control and compliance.
- Knowledge of SAP, Innova, TRESS and Excel
- Knowledge of the Accounts Payables, Payroll, IMSS.
- Advanced fluent English communication.
