About the Role
The Regional Customs Coordinator is part of a regional team responsible for improving customs processes, mitigating compliance and financial risks, increasing duty refunds, and supporting project management, customs operations, and audits for MX and US/CA teams.

Key Responsibilities

Optimize customs and foreign trade processes.

Ensure compliance with regional requirements, including export control and non-dutiable regulations.

Manage customs-related projects and digitization initiatives.

Support internal and external customs audits and ensure adherence to internal control systems.

Develop and update customs processes and procedures.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration,



Supply Chain Management, or related field.

4+ years of experience in Customs operations, with deep understanding of US/MX regulations; experience with CA regulations is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Access and Excel.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
