We are seeking a Project Manager to serve as the operational backbone of client delivery, coordinating workflows across creative, media, and retention teams. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, organizing resources, and ensuring seamless communication between internal teams and clients to maintain the high standard of service our partners expect.

High client satisfaction scores through proactive communication and organized project management
Manage project timelines and deliverables across multiple client accounts simultaneously
Create and assign Asana tasks for internal teams based on client requests and monthly retainer deliverables
Build and maintain SOPs for internal processes, organized in Notion
Set up and manage client project management tools including Google Drive, Asana, Slack, and creative proofing platforms




Lead internal team standups and coordinate cross-functional project kickoffs
Keep all project stakeholders aligned and informed to ensure client retention and satisfaction

4+ years of project management experience in a digital marketing or agency environment
~ Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and digital advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, email marketing)
~ Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
~ Experience with project management and collaboration tools (Asana, Notion, Slack)
~ Experience working in a digital advertising or eCommerce agency
Familiarity with creative production workflows and asset management
