As a Label Design Specialist, you will configure and maintain customer and product labels according to the technical requirements of both internal and external clients in labeling systems, You will use software such as Loftware/Spectrum, ensuring their functionality in automated environments (Oracle R12). This position is important to the successful integration of master data into processes with automated environments within different ERPs.
**Main Responsibilities**
- Design and configure standard and custom labels using Loftware/Spectrum, according to client-defined requirements and department standards.
- Validate that labels are aligned with master data in Oracle R12.
- Ensure automatic printing logic is implemented in plants and distribution centers (for proper implementation in the database).
- Participate in system implementation or enhancement projects (e.g., migration from Oracle R12 to SAP) to ensure label continuity and functionality.
- Document label configurations, changes, and versions according to standardized processes.
**Qualifications**
- Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Digital Design, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- 2+ years of label design and configuration for industrial, automotive, or logistics environments.
- Experience with Oracle R12, SAP (desirable), and automated printing systems.
- Proficiency in label design software: Loftware, Spectrum, or similar tools.
- Basic knowledge of printing systems.
- Advanced English skills.
