- ** Financial Consolidations**: Support the consolidation process for a robust financial hierarchy, including storytelling and providing cost insights to internal stakeholders at varying levels within the organization.**:
- ** Reporting**: Maintain reporting packages that support our IT Finance team in driving consistency and in preparing financial reports at a specific cadence, enabling them to provide insights for IT leadership readouts.**:
- ** Analysis**: Aid in identifying opportunities for efficiencies and spend reductions based on headcount, contractor, and overall trend analysis. Support annual allocation calculation and operational calendar creation.**:
- ** Process Improvement**: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting.**:
- ** Collaboration**:



Work across the IT Finance organization; along with working closely with other departments including accounting, treasury, and operations, to gather necessary information and ensure alignment.**:
**What are we looking for?**:
- ** Education**: 4-year university degree in finance or accounting (or equivalent)**:
- ** Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis, consolidations, and reporting or related activity.**:
- ** Skills**: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial software, advanced Excel skills, and excellent communication abilities.**:
- ** Attributes**: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.**:
