Position: Inside Sales Representative (Tax Relief)
Location: Puerto Vallarta, Mexico Onsite
Training: Fully Paid – No Tax Relief Experience Required
Pay: Base $16,000 pesos monthly uncapped commissions

About the Role
We are looking for motivated, energetic, and driven individuals to join our growing sales team in Puerto Vallarta.

What You'll Do
Speaking with inbound and outbound leads interested in resolving tax debt
Build rapport with clients and understand their financial situation
Use a consultative sales approach to recommend solutions
Handle objections and confidently guide clients through the sales process
Follow up consistently via phone, email, and text using our CRM system
Close deals and assist clients through onboarding and agreement completion
Manage and track your pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets
What We're Looking For
Fluent English (spoken and written) — required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Coachable with a willingness to learn and improve
Experience in sales or call centers is a plus, but not required
