Oversee all plant operational activities, including Manufacturing, Quality, Maintenance, EHS, and Customer Service, ensuring safe and efficient 24/7 operations.

Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes, improve productivity, and ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements (FDA, Cofepris, GMP, ISO).

Lead cross-functional teams to achieve operational and business objectives, fostering a mindset of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.

Manage the site's financial performance, including P&L; accountability, budgeting, and cost optimization to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.

Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) related to safety, quality, delivery, and cost, driving continuous improvement initiatives across the site.

Provide leadership, coaching, and development to functional leaders, building a high-performance team and strengthening organizational capabilities.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Life Sciences,

Proven experience managing plant operations within highly regulated industries such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals, food, or chemical manufacturing.

Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems (GMP, ISO), and regulatory compliance (FDA, Cofepris, or equivalent).

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage operations in complex, fast-paced environments.

Solid experience in financial management, including P&L; ownership, budgeting, and cost control.

Strong leadership and people development capabilities, with experience managing medium to large teams.
