We’re hiring: Workday Consultant (Remote – LATAM)
At HR Path , we are looking for a Workday Consultant to join our team and support implementation and client projects across LATAM .
This is a 100% remote role , ideally based in Mexico , but we are open to candidates across Latin America .

What you’ll do
Provide Workday consulting and implementation services
Support configuration and optimization of Workday modules
Provide support services to end users
Collaborate with clients and internal teams across different levels
Manage support requests through Jira or similar ticketing systems
Participate in implementation projects and methodologies

What we’re looking for
3+ years of experience as a Workday consultant (implementation or support)
Experience configuring at least two Workday modules
Workday certifications in modules such as:




HCM
Time Tracking
Recruiting
Learning
Benefits
Talent / Performance
Compensation / Advanced Compensation
Absence Management
Fluent English
Experience working with LATAM operations
Experience with ticketing tools (Jira or similar)
