**Responsibilities**
- Support product engineering teams in improving cost efficiency, quality, and time-to-market
- Connect strategic objectives, tactical plans, and operational workflows to deliver cohesive engineering solutions
- Advise clients on optimizing their software development lifecycle, technology ecosystems, and organizational processes
- Identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations to elevate engineering practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that drive measurable improvements
- Offer technical expertise to align engineering processes with business objectives
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enable teams to adopt best practices and improve workflows
- Evaluate engineering metrics to monitor progress and uncover further optimization opportunities
- Encourage a culture of continuous improvement within engineering teams and organizations
- Develop tailored strategies to address specific challenges and deliver impactful results for clients
**Requirements**:
- Master’s degree, MBA, PhD, or an equivalent advanced degree
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in the software industry in roles such as Engineering, Infrastructure, Quality Assurance, Architecture, or Data Science




- At least 3 years in leadership positions such as Manager, Architect, Coordinator, or Owner
- A minimum of 2 years managing teams of 20 or more employees
- Hands-on experience in at least 5 full-cycle projects or launching a product or major product capability to market
- Proven ability to coach teams and individuals to refine engineering workflows and adopt best practices
- Expertise in facilitation and moderation techniques to foster collaboration and decision-making
- Comprehensive knowledge of IT frameworks, methodologies, and processes for engineering optimization
- Practical experience developing and maintaining Infrastructure as Code solutions
- Proficiency in defining and tracking metrics and KPIs to measure engineering productivity
- Knowledge of Value Stream Mapping to identify inefficiencies and improve workflows
- Understanding of version control systems for managing collaborative development processes
- Experience with AIOps for automating IT operations
- Expertise in cloud technologies for scalable and efficient infrastructure solutions
- Strong data analysis skills for evaluating engineering performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles such as Kanban, JIT, and 5S for operational efficiency
- Deep understanding of software engineering methodologies for delivering high-quality solutions
- Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal,
