We are currently working with a leading real estate development firm in Mexico that seeks a seasoned Chief Investment Officer with impeccable skills in structuring and executing deals for the real estate sector. It is an exciting opportunity to lead the investment and growth strategy for the company. The position is based in Guadalajara, Mexico. **What the job involves**
- Develop the company's investment strategy
- Analyze potential new real estate projects and manage the due diligence process
- Monitor current portfolio investments
- Prepare reports, business plans and presentations for committees and boards, including potential investment memorandum




- Direct the structuring process with internal and external lawyers and tax experts
- Develop processes and procedures that drive the company's institutional culture
- Lead capital raising and financing initiatives
**Who we are looking for**
- Solid experience in the real estate sector in Mexico is a must.
- Ample knowledge of financial modeling and analysis, valuation, risk management, due diligence and capital markets.
- Degree in business administration, finance, or related field
- Charismatic leader with a collaborative approach, cultivating a positive working environment
- Proactive, strong management and negotiation skills
