Test Automation Engineer (Selenium) at BairesDev

As a Test Automation Engineer specializing in Selenium, you will design and implement robust browser automation solutions to ensure high-quality software delivery. You will connect the development and quality assurance phases by creating scalable test frameworks that streamline the validation process.

What You'll Do

- Design and maintain automated test suites using Selenium WebDriver and Java or Python
- Build and optimize scalable page object model frameworks for efficient test maintenance
- Manage and configure Selenium Grid infrastructure to support parallel test execution across environments




- Develop and execute comprehensive automated test plans to identify and report software defects early
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automated testing into continuous delivery pipelines

What We Are Looking For

- 4+ years of experience in Test Automation or Software Quality Engineering.
- Proven expertise in browser automation using Selenium WebDriver.
- Hands-on experience building Page Object frameworks and managing Selenium Grid infrastructure.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java or Python for automation scripting.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
