**Responsibilities**
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial contact to offer acceptance.
- Develop and implement aggressive hiring strategies to meet the company’s rapid growth needs.




- Track and report on key recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide regular updates to the Senior General Talent Acquisition Manager and other stakeholders on recruitment progress and challenges.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local labor laws and company policies.
**Requirements**:
- At least 3-5 years of proven experience in sourcing, recruiting or headhunting, preferably within the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry.
- Strong sourcing and networking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and startup environment.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Teamtailor) and recruitment software (Linkedin Recruiter).
- Proficiency in English and Spanish/Portuguese is essential
