We are seeking a skilled **Salesforce Business Analyst** to drive impactful solutions by bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementation.
**Responsibilities**
- Collect and document detailed business requirements to align with Salesforce solution capabilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Analyze and translate business needs into functional specifications and workflows
- Work closely with development teams to ensure proper implementation of Experience Cloud solutions
- Facilitate and lead workshops to gather insights and feedback from end-users and stakeholders
- Manage project milestones, risks, and deliverables for on-time completion
- Advocate for user-centric design and functionality within the Salesforce environment
- Conduct testing and validation to verify solutions meet established requirements
- Monitor and optimize ongoing performance of implemented solutions
- Provide training and support for internal teams and end-users
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within Salesforce projects
- Familiarity with Experience Cloud, showing the ability to align functionality with business needs
- Knowledge of integrations baseline, ensuring smooth data flows across platforms
- Exceptional analytical abilities
- Effective communication and problem-solving competency
- English proficiency at C1 level
**Nice to have**
- Knowledge of Sales/Service Cloud
- Proficiency to adapt to diverse Salesforce products and solutions
- Understanding of how Customer Portals extend CRM capabilities in various industries
