We are looking for a talented **Senior Salesforce Business** Analyst to create impactful solutions by connecting business needs with technical implementations.
**Responsibilities**
- Collect and document business requirements that align with Salesforce solution capabilities
- Define project goals in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure they meet business objectives
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and develop workflows
- Align closely with development teams to monitor implementation of Experience Cloud solutions
- Facilitate workshops to gather input and insights from end-users and stakeholders
- Manage milestones, risks, and deliverables to achieve timely project completion
- Advocate for user-focused design and functionality within the Salesforce ecosystem
- Conduct thorough testing and validations to ensure solutions meet requirements
- Monitor performance and enhance solutions post-implementation
- Train and support internal teams and end-users on Salesforce usage
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Business Analyst role, specifically within Salesforce projects
- Familiarity with Experience Cloud and its alignment with business processes
- Knowledge of integration standards to ensure smooth multi-platform data exchanges
- English proficiency at C1 level
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
