Responsible to work with Markets leadership to deploy the OpEx strategy and manage a small team.
- Responsible to drive actions actions through the identification and completion of improving projects, utilizing problem solving methodologies to achieve Operational Excellence / Service Excellence targets and financial benefits
- Responsible for ensuring that BPMS is executed consistently across the assigned scope
- Responsible for coaching Green Belts and Kaizen Leaders in improvement projects, ensuring adherence to problem solving methodologies and project governance standards (after being trained in those programs).
- Responsible for driving the Think Customer cultural transformation in IO
- Adopt and expand the CX assets in day-to-day activities and interactions
- Support driving cultural change, use of data driven tools and methodologies, and making visible the outcomes of each project and initiative
- Deliver training to support and drive Operational excellence mindset
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all information
- Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree is a plus
- Certifications or special training desired (not a must):
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certification (BB certification strongly preferred)
- Lean Principles, Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma

- At least three (3) years of Financial Services experience or Quality related experience required.
- Experience in Service Organizations is highly preferred, but Manufacturing, Health Care and other industries exposure are a plus
- Proven experience participating in Process Improvement projects.
- Experience in Project Management
- Experience working with Innovation tools, techniques, project or innovative conceptual solutions
- Strong oral, written and presentation skills; ability to communicate to individuals and groups effortlessly, including consultative, influencing, conflict management and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to create and maintain work relationships with teams and stakeholders in multiple countries
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills in order to effectively communicate with project teams.
