**What role you will play in our team**:
- Lead the exploration and development of current and new polyethylene market segment and sub-region strategies.
- Conduct joint customer visits with account managers and account developers to present marketing packages to converters, including but not limited to new product launch packages, marketing communication materials, etc.
- Provide guidance on pricing/premium targets aligned with value-based tools.
- Assist in the development of marketing-led events like webinars or trade shows as deemed convenient.

**About you**:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering




- Strong technical background and value selling experience
- Strong planning/business acumen
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Ability to influence without formal authority
- Bilingual (local language and English)
- Experience with polyethylene and polymers
