We’re looking for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and ready to jump into the world of logistics! As a **Driver Advocate Jr.** at GuideOn, you’ll work closely with drivers, help keep our loads on track, and make sure all the paperwork is in order so everything runs smoothly — and gets paid on time.
What you’ll be doing:
- Enter and manage load info in our system (we’ll show you how!)
- Support drivers while they’re on the road — updates, ETAs, troubleshooting, etc.
- Talk to customers and brokers to keep everyone in the loop
- Gather delivery documents and double-check they’re complete and accurate
- Work with our billing team to help process payments on time
What we’re looking for:




- Strong English skills (you’ll be talking to people in the U.S. every day)
- Someone who’s organized and doesn’t mind handling details and documents
- A team player who communicates well and stays on top of things
- Experience in logistics or admin is a plus, but not required — we’ll train you!
- Thursday to Monday 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM (Tuesday and Wednesday OFF)

Pay: From $15,000.00 per month
