**Key Responsibilities**:
- Design and execute data-driven talent attraction campaigns across social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and job boards.
- Collaborate closely with recruiters and hire managers to understand job requirements and translate them into targeted sourcing strategies.
- Track and report on key sourcing metrics to stakeholders (time-to-source, conversion rates, cost-per-lead, etc.)

**Who you are**:
- Fluent English Skills
- Recruitment in high volume recruitment of 1+ years.
- Ability to multi-task and perform several duties at one time
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers, employees, and management
- Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments
- Must be proficient with Web software and familiar with Microsoft Office products - including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
