Manage an effective maintenance program that provides for a clean, comfortable, safe working environment for all personnel. Ensure compliance to ISO 14001, ISO 45001, MESH requirements and regulations
- Implement Management Environment Safety & Health system (MESH), maintain, renew and comply with local and federal government.
- Monitor and update compliance with ISO and STPS codes and regulations, administer and maintain ISO 14001 & MESH certification
- Drives and promotes Zero Incident EHS culture throughout site Manages and directs site in achieving EHS targets & objectives. Directs development, maintenance, and achievement of goals in support of corporate and business group EHS strategic initiatives.
- Determines appropriate leading and lagging indicators to track performance against targets and objetives.
- Works to assign MESH element champions and facilitate their engagement in ownership of the MESH elements.
- Ensure compliance with the life saving rules 100% provide primary contact for all emergency needs.Coordinate four drills during the year, collection, storage, manifesting, transporting and siposal of hazardous waste, complete regular EHS audits.
- Responsible for making sure that building and their services meet the needs of the people that work in the plant,



accountable for services such as cleaning to make sure the surrounding environment is in suitable condition to work, preventive maintenance in compliance with STPS requirements (NOM 001, 020 and NOM 029) and MESH requirements.
- Interacts and works as alegal liason with Municipal, State and Federal dependencies (Proteccion Civil, PROFEPA, bomberos, etc) in behalf of the company, to ensure 100% compliance with official regulations and requirements.Has the authority to stop a process, product, or equipment that is a safety, environmental, or legal risk.
Experiência y requisitos
Bachelor degree in Safety, Environmental, Industrial Engineer or similar 5 years of related environmental health and safety experience
5+ years of related environmental health and safety experience
Experience with ISO14001, ISO 45001 responses and complianceLeadership skills, focused on results, teamwork
