**Who We Are Looking For**:
- Fluent in conversational to advanced English (B2-C1 preferred, certified if possible)
- High school diploma completed (mandatory)
- Minimum age: 18, with valid ID and RFC
- Prior experience as interpreter or in customer service
- Full-time availability with no scheduling restrictions
- Internet connection of at least 20 Mbps via fiber optic
- Full documentation: birth certificate, INE, proof of address, RFC, NSS, CURP, and school certificate
