**Customer Experience Supervisor Opportunity Summary**:
The Customer Experience Supervisor is responsible for assisting in the management of a profitable service department through productive staffing, strong customer satisfaction, cost controls, goal setting and achievement, strong initiative for change, and control of service activities to ensure all scheduled work is performed to the best of customer satisfaction.
**Job Duties**:
- Assist customers in scheduling service appointments and keeping them informed about the status of their vehicles in service.
- Open and close work orders in a timely manner.
- Find vehicle recalls, service, and repair information on manufacturer websites.
- Able to sell necessary vehicle maintenance and repairs in an honest, ethical, courteous, and professional manner.
**Work experience and qualifications**:
- 3+ years of experience in a heavy-duty dealership and/or diesel service environment.
- Strong working knowledge of dealer trading systems (e.g., ADP Dealer System).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Computer and software skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
