- Document incidents, known errors, and support procedures in knowledge bases.
- Participate in on-call rotation and support critical incidents outside of business hours as needed.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs, change management processes, and ITIL best practices.
- Ensure compliance with security and audit requirements.
- Assist in the automation and optimization of recurring operational tasks.
- Work closely with business users, functional teams, and vendors to understand issues and requirements, translating them into actionable solutions.
