Maintenance of equipment in a correct and timely manner by technicians, based on priorities, Ensure technical personnel are thoroughly trained in their responsibilities and follow approved troubleshooting and repair guidelines.
Set clear goals and priorities for the Maintenance staff.
Effectively manage to a departmental expense forecast.
Evaluate and manage by metrics and site KOl's.
Direct activities that support the achievement of the campus strategic goals.
Regularly report the results of activities to Management.
Tool crib appearance, organization and execution of established systems for spares management. Administrative management of technicians' reporting to the Supervisor.
On-time performance evaluations Approval of hours for pay Overtime management and control, Align departmental and personnel goals with site KOl's Equipment down-time reduction and reduction of
change-over time.
Correctly executed equipment preventive maintenance with all requisite documentation completed.
Identify and correct, with input of Managers, any gaps in current equipment maintenance practices.
Maintain expenses to meet forecast and cost reduction goals. Well controlled inventory of spare parts, including clear organization of tool crib, established min/max stocking levels and reorder trigger points as well as tracking of orders. No stock outs of spare parts where there is supposed to be inventory.




Cost control - efficient use of materials and spares.
Experiência y requisitos
Bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferred
Work experience 3 to 7 years of progressive Maintenance.
Experience including Supervisory experience within a manufacturing environment.
**Medical industry knowledge and experience.**
**Experience in clean room and facility maintenance.**
Strong verbal and written skills, including effective communication skills. Strong and
proactive problem-solving skills, including techniques that identify and resolve
root cause.
Proven leadership skills including effective time management and multitasking skills.
Requires an individual who is a team player that is willing to perform tasks outside of the day-to-day operations environment and has the ability and desire to accept challenges, respond aggressively, adapt to change and meet deadlines.
