**Your Role & Responsibilities**:
- Minimum: 3-5 years of experience in quality engineering roles within the automotive industry, with specific experience working with Ford.
- Proven experience in customer relationship management (preferably Ford), including technical communication, problem solving, and expectation management.
- Experience in using Ford's SIM and GSDB systems.
**Your Skills & Strenghts**:
- Mechanical, Materials, Chemical, Electrical Engineering
- Fluent written communication in English is required at an advanced level.




- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position (automotive industry).3
- Knowledge of materials, metallurgy, automotive engineering, or related areas.
- Certifications in automotive quality standards or laboratory management (FORD Q1, iATF 16949, VDA, CQIs)
