**REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE**
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or electromechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 10 years experience in automotive industry with focus on manufacturing processes.
- Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
**REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES**
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lead a team.
- Problem resolution skills.
- Conflict resolution skills.
- Planning, task orientation, results orientation.
- Knowledge of PPAP process, GD&T; and MSA. PFMEA & Control plans VSM
- Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma/ DFSS TPM Tools Welding processes ( Laser, resistance & Tig)
- Process Integration & Automation
