About the Role
We're hiring a bilingual Remote Patient Coordinator / Sales Representative to support a multi-location U.S. dental practice group. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective patients — handling inbound inquiries, following up on leads, and guiding people through scheduling their first appointment or committing to recommended treatment plans. You are not selling a product cold — you're converting interest into booked, paying patients.
Fluency in Spanish and English is required, since you'll be speaking directly with both English- and Spanish-speaking patients.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly to inbound patient inquiries (phone, text, chat, web form leads)
Follow up on warm leads (past inquiries, missed appointments, incomplete bookings) to convert them into scheduled visits
Explain services, pricing, financing/insurance options, and promotions clearly to prospective patients
Overcome common objections (cost, insurance, anxiety about dental visits) with empathy and professionalism
Schedule and confirm appointments across multiple practice locations
Follow up with patients who received treatment plans but haven't scheduled, to encourage booking
Maintain accurate records of patient interactions in the practice management/CRM system
Meet monthly targets for booked appointments / conversion rate
Coordinate with front-office and clinical staff to ensure smooth scheduling
Requirements
Fluent, professional-level Spanish and English
(spoken and written) — non-negotiable
Prior experience in patient coordination, dental/medical front office, appointment setting, or phone-based sales
Warm, patient-facing communication style — comfortable talking to people who may be nervous or price-sensitive
Strong follow-up discipline and organizational skills
Comfortable with outbound calling/texting to warm leads
Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet home workspace
Availability to work U.S. business hours (specify time zone)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with U.S. dental or medical practices
Familiarity with dental practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, etc.) or a CRM
Experience discussing insurance, financing plans (e.g., CareCredit), or payment plans with patients
What We Offer
Competitive base pay + performance bonus/commission on booked appointments
Fully remote position
Training provided on practice systems and script
