Molex is seeking an experienced mechanical Senior Product Development Engineer to pioneer the design of our industry-leading high-speed connector and cable systems, tailored for big data and hyperscale customers. **What You Will Do**
- Be part of a global organization revolutionizing the high-speed cable and connector industry by designing and developing state-of-the-art products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including signal integrity, manufacturing, program management, and senior leadership to drive innovative solutions.
- Design new interconnect products and develop product specifications that align with market expectations and customer requirements.
- Present groundbreaking concepts to stakeholders and support product launches, while maintaining a creative design process.
- Lead project efforts from conception to high volume production, ensuring alignment with project timelines and market demands.
**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience and strong knowledge in mechanical product design and development,



demonstrating proven technical leadership.
- Expertise in Finite Element Analysis (FEA), GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing), and advanced parametric 3D CAD systems.
- Proficiency in Siemens NX and design experience with high-speed, high-density connectors.
- Experience with manufacturing processes such as progressive die stamping, injection molding, and die casting.
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
- Strong desire to engage and grow in a cross-functional team setting.
**What Will Put You Ahead**
- Master's degree or PhD in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Solid grasp of Six Sigma quality tools and principles.
- Knowledge of regulatory agency testing requirements and advanced project management techniques.
