**Key Responsibilities**:
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, documenting each step to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing.
- Serve as a bridge between stakeholders, facilitating communication and escalation of complex issues.
- Manage requests effectively within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring clear and proactive communication to align with their expectations.
- Create articles for our internal and external knowledge base.
**Skills and Qualifications**
- Sound knowledge of visualization tools such as Qlik sense, PowerBI, Tableau and their administration
- Nice to have knowledge of Alteryx designer, server, and tools like predictive, parsing, and transforms.
- Good foundation in writing SQL queries against any RDBMS.
- Ability to troubleshoot, analyse, and solve problems.
- Good understanding of software change and release management.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or equivalent experience preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in Product Support, Technical Support, or related fields.
- Willingness to work in shifts and weekends when required.
