Warehouse Supervisor requested, the leader in this position is required to understand and manage the operations of a service warehouse, working methodically and constantly to improve operations and opportunities in the workplace, likewise, the supervisor must be a figure that inspires staff to work as a team. (Pacific area)
The position plays a key role in proactively implementing changes that meet the needs of our clients, ensuring compliance with metrics.
Activities:
- Constant communication with direct clients.
- Management of future projections.
- Personnel management.
- Control of shipments and receipts of materials.
- Control and management of storage of different products.
- Design and update of layout within the warehouse.
- Develop and manage KPIs within the work area.
- Experience SLA de Inbound
- Experience SLA de Outbound
- Experience in WMS
- Experience in SOP´S
Experiência y requisitos
**Requirements**:
- Industrial engineering,



processes, manufacturing or fin.
- Conversational English 80% (Essential)
- Experience in warehouse fulfillment or similar.
- Personnel management (15 people minimum)
- Excel management (Intermediate/advanced)
- Knowledge of Inbound and Outbound processes.
- HC Projections
