As AGM, you'll deliver warm, attentive service and provide strong leadership to both front
- and back-of-house teams. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, team development, and top-tier guest satisfaction — all while enjoying an unmatched work-life setting in Whistler.
**What You'll Do**
**Operational Leadership**
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.
- Coordinate front
- and back-of-house functions to deliver smooth, consistent service.
**Guest Experience**
- Foster a welcoming, guest-first culture.
- Resolve concerns promptly and ensure every guest receives an exceptional experience.
**Team Management**
- Lead by example in scheduling, coaching, and conducting performance reviews.
- Promote a culture of accountability, growth, and collaboration.
**Financial & Administrative Oversight**
- Manage payroll, cash handling, and reporting systems (e.g., JotForm, Marketman).
- Monitor sales, expenses, and cost controls to ensure operational efficiency.
**Inventory & Quality Control**
- Oversee inventory, purchasing, and food preparation processes to uphold quality and timing standards.
- Maintain food safety, cleanliness,



and overall consistency across all operations.
**What You Bring**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in high-volume food and beverage operations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Solid knowledge of food service operations, cost control, and both food and beverage offerings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Passion for hospitality and a proven ability to lead teams under pressure.
**Requirements**:
- Proof of previous employment (e.g., reference letters, tax documents, or pay stubs)
- Serving It Right Certificate
- Food Safe Level 1 (an asset)
- Professional level of English
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related field (mandatory)
