1. Typically leads mid duration, fast paced product design / development projects.
2. Technical complexity moderate, communication and customer facing interfaces tend to be dynamic.
3. Leads regional product development resources and interfaces for global customers and offices.
4. High level of customer interaction, usually several times a week.
5. Expected to understand and provide direction on development issues.
6. Interfaces with product development, new product introduction and regional offices.
7. Multicultural and ability to lead simultaneously projects from different regions.
8. Strong communicator.
Experiência y requisitos
- BS in Engineering: electrical, mechanical or related.
- 6 + years of experience in leading multi-disciplinary technical teams
- 5+ years of experiencie in Project Management
- Product Engineer and NPI experience
- Team leadership and initiative




- Experience in working with a global team and multidisciplinary teams a strong plus
- Strong communication, planning, organizational and problem solving skills
