**YOUR ROLE**
As a PC&L; Supervisor on our team, you’ll ensure daily production planning based on established run policies.
In your daily job you will:
- Analyze requirements against orders to ensure the arrival of raw materials on time and in the correct quantity.
- Ensure raw material levels to comply with production policies.
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels to avoid raw material shortages, excess, and obsolete materials, and develop action plans.
- Represent and participate as part of PC&L; in EOS processes.
- Follow up on engineering changes, transfers, and new projects.
- Ensure the supplier sends the necessary documentation to process raw material payments.
- Comply with work instructions and keep process metrics up to date.
- Ensure compliance with department KPIs as part of the team.
- Ensure material logistics from the request to its arrival at the plant.
- Supervise, support, and ensure the plant scrap process.
**YOUR BACKGROUND**
Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Fully bilingual
- +3 years of experience as a customer service representative/materials planner
- Knowledge of operating systems, quality, and safety
- Knowledge of IATF 16949
- Supply chain knowledge
