What will you do?
Oversee and coordinate daily maintenance activities to ensure optimal functionality and safety of plant machinery and production processes.
How will you do it?- Direct and supervise maintenance staff in their daily tasks.- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime.- Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify issues.- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and organizational policies.- Collaborate with management to plan and budget for maintenance activities.- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
What are we looking for?- University degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a maintenance supervisory role.- Strong knowledge of maintenance practices and safety regulations.- Excellent leadership and communication skills.- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to maintenance issues.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
