**What will you do?**
Plan, schedule, and monitor the movement of material through the production cycle. Collaborate with customers, purchasing, production, and engineering teams regarding new product releases and long-term customer needs. Prepare and manage the demand production schedule for a facility serving multiple product lines and/or customers. Supervise materials coordinators and/or analysts directly.
**How will you do it?**
- Optimize material flow and inventory levels to ensure compliance with production schedules.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to gather and evaluate requirements for new product launches.
- Adjust production schedules as required based on real-time production demands and supply chain dynamics.
- Oversee and develop the skills of materials coordinators and/or analysts to enhance team performance.




- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to forecast demand and resolve operational issues.
- Utilize ERP systems for monitoring, reporting, and managing inventory and purchasing orders.
- Implement best practices in demand planning to meet customer expectations and align with business goals.
**What are we looking for?**
- A university degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in supply chain or materials management.
- Experience in a supervisory position within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong analytical abilities and proficiency with inventory management systems.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic setting.
