The Safety & Compliance Analyst at Mone Transport LLC will review and ensure operators meet safety requirements in various aspects of their responsibilities.
**Responsibilities**:
Review Operator Compliance, verifying that operators adhere to safety requirements in the following areas:
- Service hours
- Reckless driving (Aggressive driving)
- Use of left lane
- Speeding
- Usage of Personal conveyance
- Make sure the camera is not blocked
- Follow the process to give writeups and provide proper training to the operators not complying with safety requirements. Follow the firing process if necessary.
**Qualifications**:
- High attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
- Previous experience in safety compliance or a related field.
- Samsara experience preferable.




- Familiarity with regulations related to service hours, aggressive driving, lane usage, speeding, and camera usage.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Bilingual, English / Spanish.
