**Leading logistics company is looking for an Operations Manager**
**Job Description**:
- Own Last mile delivery operations and projects
- Set up Last mile delivery operations process, KPIs and implement
- Sourcing and set up new facility in specific regions.
- Manage all daily operations in specific regions.
- Instill ownership and create a high-performing team
- Work closely with sorting center and LH/MM teams and stakeholders to secure the whole operation process and performance
- Well planning, directing the Last mile operation and achieve optimal cost model
- Directing team to achieve best SLAs and drive operation optimization continuedly
- Manage all the suppliers, partners in specific regions.
Requirement:
- 5+ years of Last mile operation experience
- 2+ years of driving end to end process, and communicating results to leadership experience
- Work a versátil schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Travel in national wide
- English skill: speak, listen, write, read
