**YOUR ROLE**
As a Quality Supervisor on our team, you’ll manage and lead the company's quality systems, ensuring compliance with the quality policy and customer requirements, and managing quality personnel.
In your daily job you will:
- Lead activities to meet customer requirements and IATF 16949
- Coordinate the plant quality engineering team
- Develop core and technical competencies within the quality team
- Conduct 8D analyses with the quality engineering team to share with customers
- Ensure the implementation of effective and timely corrective actions
- Lead activities to improve quality metrics such as complaints, cost of poor quality, and customer scorecards
- Attend customer meetings
- Ensure timely customer responses
- Conduct analyses to address quality issues in the process and customer complaints
- Update the control plan
**YOUR BACKGROUND**
Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial Engineering or a related field
- Fully bilingual
- +3 years of experience in a similar position with staff under their supervision
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Core tools proficiency
- IATF 16949 knowledge
- Knowledge of specific client requirements
- Advanced problem-solving tools
- Green/Black belt desirable
- Strategic thinking
- Customer focus

- Resource management
- Budget management
