**YOUR ROLE**
As a Tool Room Supervisor on our team, you’ll ensure compliance with activities that impact department metrics, providing support to the various operational areas, maintaining tools in optimal condition, and providing guidance and training to the staff in charge.
In your daily job you will:
- Validation and Analysis of Downtime
- Documentation of Activities
- Meetings (operational and quality)
- Technical Support
- Audits of the Tool Room Operating System
- Technical Support
- Improvement Plans
- Scrap Analysis
**YOUR BACKGROUND**
Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial Engineering or a related field
- Fully bilingual
- +3 years of experience in a similar position
- Office
- Excel intermediate/advanced
- Drawing Interpretation
- Technical knowledge of dies
- Conventional machining (lathe, grinder, milling machine)
- Knowledge of AutoCAD NX management and 3D modeling
- Heat treatments,
- TIG welding
- Knowledge of WEDM, CNC EDM machining
- Lean Tools (Problem Solving) and Core Tools
